Mahogany Breeze Villa is a perfect St. Thomas villa rental
for couples or families vacationing together, accommodating up to six
people. Decorated in a whimsical caribbean shabby chic decor, our oceanside vacation villa
has a spacious 1,360 square feet of total living space, with two large,
air-conditioned bedrooms set apart from one another in a split-level
floor plan that promotes privacy, and a bright and cheerful
air-conditioned living room with a queen sofa sleeper. This vacation condo features all the conveniences of home, including a well equipped kitchen, 3 TV's, cordless phones, WIFI internet, and ceiling fans throughout the unit.

The Living Room
A very large gallery is located off of the living room with spectacular down-island views of the British Virgin Islands, St. John
and Hans Lollick islands. A new sofa sleeper, new A/C, new 27” TV, WIFI
internet, a stero/CD player, a DVD/VHS player, a dvd/video library, and
local artwork are just some of the nice appointments of Mahogany Breeze Villa.

The
Master Suite
The bright and airy master suite has a King size bed, plenty of closet
space and a wall of sliding glass doors with access to its own balcony
where a breathtaking view can be enjoyed. You can also enjoy the
spectacular oceanfront view while bathing in the master suite shower/tub.

The
Guest Suite
Also featuring an ocean view,
the upstairs guest suite has its own balcony and an additional patio
entrance. This room includes two twin beds easily forming a second king
size bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub/shower, dressing
area, closets, phone, alarm clock/radio, ceiling fan, and cable
television. All linens, including beach towels, are provided in the vacation villa.

The Kitchen
and Dining Room
For those who prefer to dine-in and enjoy the spectacular views and privacy of your vacation villa,
there is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances and
cookware that you have at home including a refrigerator with an ice
maker, new gas stove, new dishwasher and microwave. Dishes, glasses,
flatware and serving utensils are also available for your use. A dining
area that seats 6 adjoins the living room, in addition to a patio table
for exterior dining. You can enjoy your favorite home
cooked meal inside or sip on your favorite beverage outside while
savoring the gentle north tradewinds and a panoramic view of paradise.

The Complex
Mahogany Breeze Villa is ideally located on ocean side of Mahogany Run Golf Village.
Mahogany Run Golf Village is a safe and secure, tropically landscaped
property, that is professionally maintained with lush gardens, palms
and colorful flora. Mahogany Run Golf Course is a premier golf course designed by George & Tom Fazio, with its infamous Devil’s Triangle
located on the north side of St. Thomas, and the only golf course on
the island. This exclusive Caribbean golf community includes two
swimming pools, easy access to the golf course, and the golf clubhouse
with the Grill Room serving all your favorite tropical drinks along
with a great menu of light, delicious food. Just outside the Village,
are two top restaurants on island, The Old Stone Farmhouse,
which has delicious food, great ambiance and fantastic service, and
Indigo, with fantastic food set in a casual poolside atmosphere.
